Thank you for the feedback! We do feed our flowers when hydrating, but don't include a food packet for arrangements as it doesn't help much. Changing the water and re-cutting stems is more effective for longer lasting arrangements.

Top Drawer. My mother was a professional floral designer for 50+ years and the work that comes out of Safflowers is stuff she would very much approve of, although she would choke at the price of flowers these days. Service is excellent and my fiance is always very happy with what she gets. Keep it up.

The flowers I received were arranged beautifully and delivered without a problem. I am giving only 4 stars because the roses were very open when delivered, so I suspect they will not last a week. Other than that, it is beautiful.

Hi Rebecca, The Roses in your arrangement should last at least a week. I know they look open but that look is actually the bud stage of that variety called Free Spirit. If for any reason they don't last a week just let us know and we will replace them. I think you'll be surprised at how long they last.

Hi Jordan, I received your feedback. Thank-you for letting us know you were disappointed. I agree there was a noticeable difference from the picture. The reason for that is the lilies in the picture are all open. The Lilies Holly received just came in yesterday morning and were very fresh and therefore the blooms were tight. Give them a few days to open and you will see how full and beautiful the arrangement looks. We prefer to deliver a fresher design that can be enjoyed as longer. Thank-you for the feedback. You're right the website doesn't have a photo for each size. If it helps, the same size vase or basket is used so the difference in price is in the amount of flowers plus a small amount for labor. There is some variation in size when working with fresh product. You can always make a note on the order if you prefer to keep within a certain size or give us a call with any specific questions on dimension. Thanks again for your comments!

My father loved the fruit basket. However, I read nothing in the online description that mentioned a beverage of any sort or candy. He is diabetic. He raised initial concern that the beautifully wrapped bottle was alcohol, which he cannot have.

The fruit and gourmet baskets are made from scratch and can be customized to the recipient's personal dietary needs and preferences. When you order online make a note in the special instructions that your Dad is diabetic and any favorite fruits or goodies he likes.
